Originating from the technical standards of the Upper Second Forging, this endows the Wode Precision J23 series press with sufficient strength, stable quality, and long-lasting service life. Over fifty years of manufacturing history have honed an undisputed stamping champion.

Performance characteristics

·This series of presses adopts a rigid rotary key clutch, with a simple structure, convenient operation and maintenance, stable operation, low impact and noise;

·The J23-25 open tilting press is the first in China to change the sliding bearing (i.e. copper bearing) of the transmission gear to a rolling bearing. After the change, the transmission gear is wear-resistant, avoiding high gear noise caused by rapid wear of copper bearing;

·The J23-80 press adopts a pneumatic double balance cylinder structure, which has small fluctuations in balance force and balances the weight of the slider and upper mold, avoiding the shaking of the machine tool caused by the above weight. It can prevent the impact and noise caused by the reverse force on the gears in the transmission, and prevent accidents caused by the sliding block falling when the brake fails or the connecting rod is broken.
