Technological Breakthrough in Large Multidirectional Die Forging Hydraulic Press
The forging industry is an indispensable basic industry in the national economy, but it is also an industry that consumes a large amount of materials and energy. The traditional forging industry must vigorously develop and promote energy-saving, material saving, and consumption reducing green forging technology, and multi-directional forging manufacturing technology is precisely such a forging technology. Large multi-directional forging hydraulic press is the most scarce technical equipment in China's equipment manufacturing industry. This project has successfully applied the Kanghe prestressed steel wire winding method to the development of large-scale multi-directional forging hydraulic presses, forming a complete set of unconventional heavy equipment manufacturing technology routes, achieving a technological breakthrough in the manufacturing of multi-directional forging hydraulic presses, and building the first automatic production line for multi-directional forging in China.
The 120MN multi-directional forging hydraulic press, which has been included in the national major special project, will solve the manufacturing bottleneck of large-diameter high-temperature and high-pressure valve bodies required by China's large-diameter nuclear power, ultra supercritical power plants, and petrochemical industries; The 400MN multi-directional forging hydraulic press being designed will greatly improve the manufacturing technology level of China's ultra large nuclear power valves and key aerospace components.
