1. Shearing machine frame:
The frame structure is welded with steel plates, with sufficient strength and stiffness. Two cylinders are fixed on the action column, and an auxiliary tool holder is installed on the workbench, making it easy for the lower tool holder to make minor adjustments. The workbench is also equipped with a feeding roller ball, which is easy to operate.
2. Cutting machine upper tool holder:
It is a welded steel plate structure with good rigidity. It uses an eccentric sleeve (10) as the fulcrum and is driven by left and right oil cylinders and nitrogen return cylinders to swing back and forth to complete the shear.
The vertical support surface pad of the upper blade holder forms an arc-shaped curve to ensure consistency in the gap between the upper and lower blades during the cutting process.
3. Cutting machine rear stopper:
The rear material retaining device can be quickly adjusted through motorization, manual fine adjustment, digital display, and blade gap adjustment;
